Our Approach
No two patients are the same, so why should their devices be? Off-the-shelf products are made for broad use. In reality, no two patients are the same; their anatomy, needs, and goals vary widely.
That’s why every device we make starts with the individual. A 3D scan and a simple measurement form give us an accurate picture of the person who will wear the device. From there, our team designs and fabricates a solution tailored to their specific requirements, whether it’s a lightweight custom insole or a complex hip-to-foot orthosis or prosthesis.
The finished device arrives at your clinic ready for fitting, helping you deliver more personalised care with less compromise.

From scan to fitment in

Once we have your patient’s scan and measurements, the rest of the process runs through our
central fabrication unit. Here’s exactly what happens after you hit send.
Scan & measure
Capture a 3D scan of the limb, foot, torso, or head, and fill in the standard measurement form alongside it.
Send it our way
Ship the scan and form to our central fab, or email both directly to info@xtremity.in.
We design & build
Our technicians model and fabricate the device, whether printed, laminated, or molded, to match the scan exactly.
Fit & follow up
The finished device ships back to your clinic for fitting. We're on call after that for any adjustments it needs.
